Design a beer of your very own with the brewer of your choice and come and brew a 7 bbl batch with us at our taproom location.  You can name your beer and it will be available on draft at the taproom and throughout Chattanooga!  There are only 6 available spaces for this option.

Custom draft beers will be scheduled based on the availability of raw materials!  Discuss options with your brewer when we connect with you.

You can participate in the process as much or as little as you like after the beer recipe has been designed.  Opportunity to brew prep, the actual brew day, transferring your beer and packaging your beer are all available!

We will hand bottle a complementary case of your beer for you once it is ready to package.
